A hard requirement from the organiser: judges must not see contestant names while scoring. The system shows the work and a bib number; only the head judge can reveal a name during a dispute review.
Thai, Chinese, English, Korean, Vietnamese and Burmese — not just the interface, but every scoring criterion and description, so judges score in their own language.
The platform default is an average; this edition sums each judge’s total instead. Live judges can also add a fixed on-site score on top.
A separate winner account type with dedicated posters, visible on login — and a ceremony time controlled independently from the main result reveal.
Organisers, directors and speakers get an identity tag, a poster and a personal timeline. Anyone already registered as a contestant or judge keeps their existing account.
Prefixed QR check-in codes and LINE binding codes are scanned on site; each competition has its own certificate template, and certificates can be verified publicly.
Contestants, judges, crown winners and guests all follow one scheme: name-based mailbox, temporary password, forced change on first login. Credentials are handed to the organiser as a bilingual sheet.
46 test files must pass before any deployment. A contest system does not get the option of fixing it after go-live.
