Open registration per division/category, set early-bird and group pricing, take PromptPay payment with a required slip upload. Organizers review each entry in the back office; approved entries flow into the pool and a LINE confirmation is pushed automatically — no private reconciliation chats.
Judges score on weighted criteria from their own phones; the system drops the highest and lowest for a trimmed mean, breaks ties by a preset rule, and the head judge runs a final review before locking results — every action written to the audit log.
Contestants log in with entry ref + email to check payment status, their schedule and seat, a check-in QR, and — once results are published — download their certificate, all without chatting the organizer one by one. On-site and pre-event questions drop sharply.
Staff scan each contestant's personal QR to verify identity, category and payment status on the spot. Check-in writes to the database in real time, and multiple desks see the same data — easy to coordinate live.
Certificates carry a unique serial; anyone can scan the QR or enter the serial on the public verify page to see whether it is valid, who it went to and for which category. A revoked certificate is clearly shown as invalid, blocking forged credentials.
