What is early-access case pricing?
While we expand our local case library, you get a lower collaboration price in exchange for a real, showable industry case. You get value; we get a credible case — a win-win.
Is the low-price plan just a template site?
No. Every site is hand-built and static, with a clean structure custom-made for GEO and readable by AI — not a swapped-text template.
Does the price include design, development and launch?
Yes. Design, development and deployment are all included — you get a live, working website on delivery.
What is not included?
Typically excluded: extra languages (+฿3,999/language), a booking system or CRM (quoted separately), professional photography or heavy copywriting, and paid third-party services (certain plugins, payment gateways). Everything is spelled out in the quote.
What are the renewal or maintenance fees later?
From year 2, annual maintenance applies: Standard ฿2,999/yr, Pro ฿4,999/yr — hosting, SSL, health checks, small changes and GEO updates as algorithms change. Standalone GEO maintenance starts at ฿12,000/yr.
Can you keep developing later if I want CRM or booking?
Yes. The site grows with your business — add booking, CRM, memberships, multi-branch or payments anytime, quoted by scope.

How many days until delivery?
Standard as fast as ~3 days, Pro ~7–8 working days, counted from the day materials are confirmed complete. Custom systems are scoped separately.
When does the 3-day delivery start counting?
From the day you confirm the materials (services, contacts, assets) are complete. The more complete the materials, the faster the delivery.
How many revisions before launch?
Several revision rounds before launch, adjusting content and details until you are happy; major direction changes are based on the initially agreed scope.
After launch, can I edit content myself?
Yes. We can connect a simple admin/CMS so you can edit text and images yourself, or we update it for you under maintenance.
If I cannot manage the site, can you maintain it?
Yes. Annual maintenance covers hosting, updates, health checks and GEO iteration — you just run your business.
Is there ongoing support after launch?

What is the biggest difference between Standard and Pro?
In short: Standard means having a good website; Pro means being actively cited by AI. The difference is trilingual coverage, GEO depth, page count and completeness of trust signals.
If I just want a website first, which one?
Start with Standard; upgrade to Pro, add languages or systems later as your business grows.
If I want GEO and FAQ content, which one?
Pro. Full GEO and the FAQ system are its core — exactly what makes AI understand and cite you.
How much for Thai/Chinese/English?
Pro already includes all three. Standard is single-language by default; extra languages are +฿3,999 each.
Do booking or CRM cost extra?

Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro later?
Yes. Upgrade from Standard to Pro anytime, adding trilingual and full GEO without rebuilding from scratch.
Is a domain included?
We can register and configure the domain for you, and you own it. The annual domain fee is at the registrar actual cost and is stated in the quote.
Is a same-domain business email included?
Pro can include setup of one same-domain email (e.g., hello@yourdomain); Standard can add it on request. We use Zoho or Google Workspace for a stable, professional setup.
What to expect

Will I get customers immediately after the site is done?
Not necessarily overnight. The site is a trusted foundation and conversion point; combined with GEO, content and promotion it brings steady inquiries. It makes being found and trusted possible — not instant sales.
Can a GEO site guarantee number 1 on Google?
No — nobody can guarantee that. What we do is build a solid foundation so you are seen more easily and consistently in search and AI answers.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my shop?
No. We do not promise AI output; we raise the probability of being understood, recognized and cited by AI — through clear entities, structured data and genuine trust signals.
Do I need to keep updating content after launch?
Yes. Regularly updated services, cases, FAQs and reviews keep AI knowing and trusting you — and that is part of maintenance.
Why do FAQs, cases and real reviews affect AI judgment?

How long until Google indexes the site?

Does having no Google reviews hurt results?

What is "entity disambiguation"?
It’s making AI clearly identify "who you are" without confusing you with same-named people or shops. E.g. establishing brow artist Master Bazz as a distinct professional entity so AI cites him accurately, not by mistake.
What is structured data (Schema) for?
Schema/JSON-LD lets AI read structured company info, services and Q&A directly instead of guessing. It’s the groundwork for "machines understanding you."
What are "authority signals"?
